August 31, 2019 - Kyle Strickler Attends a Pair of Lucas Oil Events
1Kyle Strickler visited Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Kentucky) on Friday evening competing against a field of 27 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series entries for the John Bradshaw Memorial. Starting the night off with a heat race victory, Kyle earned the 3rd-starting position for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. 1The following night at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the Bob Miller Memorial, Kyle recorded a 3rd place finish in his heat which positioned him 9th on the starting grid for the A-Main. With $12,000 on the line, Strickler was an early retiree from the 50-lap feature on lap 34.

August 17, 2019 - 4th Place Finish in Butterball Memorial at Richmond Raceway
1On Friday evening Kyle Strickler traveled to Richmond Raceway (Richmond, Kentucky) for the 32nd annual Paul “Butterball” Wooldridge Memorial. With 42 Ultimate Southeast Series entries on hand for the two-day event, Strickler recorded the sixth fastest lap in his time trial group before placing 3rd in his heat. Starting the $20,059-to-win A-Main in 12th on Saturday night, Kyle improved eight spots reeling in a 4th place finish behind Tyler Carpenter, Tanner English, and Zack Dohm with Jason Jameson coming in 5th.

August 10, 2019 - Top 10 Finish in North/South 100 at Florence Speedway
1Kyle Strickler returned to the Super Late Model ranks on Thursday night at Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned North/South Shootout. Drawing 52 cars for the $10,000-to-win preliminary feature, Kyle edged his way into the show with the 3rd and final transfer spot in his heat. Rolling off 13th, Strickler slipped back to a 26th place outing after bringing out the first caution of the race on lap 10.

Returning on Friday for a pair of heat races, Strickler followed up a 5th place finish in his first heat with a runner-up spot in his second heat behind Mike Benedum. Sitting 15th overall in passing points, Kyle locked into the Saturday night’s main event.

With $50,000 on the line, Kyle Strickler gained seven spots in the 100-lap affair reeling in an 8th place finish.

August 3, 2019 - Strickler Competes in Dirt Derby at Eldora Speedway
1Thursday night saw Kyle Strickler in action at Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) piloting the DGR-Crosley Racing No. 54 Toyota Tundra entry in the Eldora Dirt Derby. In a field of 32 NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series entries, Strickler followed up the ninth and fifth fastest lap times in practice with the fifth fastest lap overall in qualifying. Starting the 150-lap feature in 5th, Kyle dropped five spots in the first 40-lap stage. After gaining five spots in the next 50-lap stage, Kyle Strickler faded back to an 18th place outing in the final 60 circuits.

1On Saturday night Strickler headed to Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) competing in the Open Wheel Modified ranks for the Mod Squad Spectacular. With 37 cars on hand, Kyle locked his spot into the A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Rolling off 9th, Kyle Strickler held his spot for all 40-laps to place 9th.
